Cincinnati Bengals’ Chris Henry laid to rest. The public viewing for Cincinnati Bengals star WR Chris Henry was held today before a memorial service in Westwego, La. Henry’s fiancee, Loleini Tonga, and their 3 children attended the service. The sudden passing of Chris Henry has left his family, friends and many sports fans mourning the loss of a young man that was on the road to turning his life around.

The Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver made headlines last week when it was revealed that he passed away as a result of injuries he sustained after jumping from a moving truck. Henry reportedly jumped on the back of the pickup truck that was being driven by his fiancée Loleini Tonga. He later fell to his death about a half a mile away from his home where the domestic dispute began.
Earlier today, a public viewing was held in Westwego, LA for the fallen player as his family, friends, and teammates gathered to bid farewell to Henry. Though Chris Henry was said to have had a troubled past, friends close to the player insist that he was headed in a positive direction making an effort to clean up his act and lead a serene life. Both Loleini and Chris were in the midst of planning their wedding.
Henry died Thursday, Dec. 17, from head injuries after falling from the back of a pickup truck being driven by Tonga following a domestic dispute.
